What we’re growing in the garden…

Our bountiful backyard produces generous quantities of salad mix and fast growing annual crops that we regularly cycle through, ensuring all year long abundance.

We also have a healthy collection of fruit trees, including garden favourites such as oranges, lemons and avocados, as well as some more unique fruits, including peachcots and finger limes, all raised and lovingly cared for by Ben.

Currently annual crops are doing well, with fast growing loose leaf and hearting lettuces, as well as rocket, basil and more. Perennial sage, slow growing leek and fennel are just some of our favourites. Our market garden provides plenty of space for zucchini and cucumber plants to roam, alongside large and healthy pumpkin vine.

The Illawarra climate provides ideal conditions for growing a wide selection of home grown produce.
